I only use the sausage maker's natural hog casing. They are always very clean and don't have a lot of blowouts or short pieces.
Worked perfect for our homemade summer sausage! Will definitely buy again, and a great value, too!
These casings were great for my Red Barn Bologna. I smoke them in my PK100 to 130degrees and finish them via sous vide to 148 degrees, no need to bag them. Ice water for ten minutes, dry and hang to bloom before refrigerating. For me I like Red Barn but it is more like summer sausage than bologna, nothing wrong with that.

Worked as advertised. Smoked some kielbasa and felt assured the cure was doing its job without the added pink coloration.
These casings are much better quality than the competition's equivalent. Very consistent in workable lengths that allow two or three segments to accommodate 5 lb. batches. I'm very pleased with these.
these casings are great....they just go right on your tube without a struggle
When making salami I use these as well as the 61mm coated casings. Allows me to craft for different overall amounts and how I might use them on the charcuterie board.
