All of us at The Sausage Maker want to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for your continued support of American workers — in particular the skilled welders, machinists, mill and lathe operators, fabricators and finishers, engineers, and assemblymen on our production floor. Your trust in the products we build directly supports our hardworking production crew and their families, right here in Buffalo, NY. For the last 47 years, we’ve been committed to designing and building thoughtfully crafted, high-quality food equipment, and we’re proud to continue that tradition today.

We’ve been through tough times in the past, and we’re facing similar challenges right now. Raw materials and components from overseas are only beginning to skyrocket in price, and unfortunately, there are currently no American-made substitutes for many of the components we rely on. But we’re looking, and making thoughtful adjustments, where we can, until those gaps get filled!

The initial rising costs from tariffs – and with them, the increasing price of imported goods – will certainly affect companies like ours in the short term. However, in the long run, what’s most important to us — and to you — is that we’ll triple down on what has kept us successful: innovation, sourcing locally, relying on our craftsmen to create the best versions of what’s out there, and providing the absolute best customer service possible. We’ll be here for you – years after the purchase, not just weeks or months.
