I'd been in the market for a good quality dehydrator for the past couple of years. When the Fiesta was presented on sale, I decided to take the leap and am very happy that I did. A small snafu when it arrived as one of the side racks was too large for the unit but within the same day the customer service rep took care of that issue and sent out the correct unit. Just took the maiden voyage using Venison tenderloin with a Jack Daniels spicy mixture to create jerky. The dehydrator is whisper quiet, quick to heat up to temp and created our first batch in two hours time! Using about 1.25 pounds of tenderloin, the slices filled a little less than two of the eight racks so there's a lot of room in this unit to make large quantities. We love it!

You know its funny. I read a review before I bought this and the review said the glass door had to be adjusted and he had two hours into it. I though, well, ok he just got a bad one. Well mine was the same way. The glass was out of its sleeve, I had to push it back up and fasten it. Then I had to adjust the door etc. Otherwise I like it and it works great.

Arrived on time. Really an incredible unit. It was time to upgrade from my analog unit and I'm so glad I did. I love the 99 hour timer that I can program. And the glass door is a nice feature too! Overall just happy :)

This is an excellent machine. We use the dehydrator for our small business operation, where it needs to run for long periods of time and monitoring the internal temperatures are important. Long story short this is probably the first dehydrator that we tried that can actually handle the work load. Thank you.
