Our Gas Smoker Component Kits are custom-made at our Buffalo, New York location. Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to build your kit. These are the same components we use for our commercial quality 100 lb capacity Gas Smokehouses with great success for over 30 years. We recommend using it for this size only, we are not responsible for their usage on smaller or larger dimensions. Low voltage AGA (American Gas Association) approved. 31,300 BTU output.
