Description
Kit includes leg and fulcrum extensions and pulley system which allows you to multiply pressing power for the serious cheese maker. Extension kit can produce up to 1,000 lbs of pressing force with a 50lb weight. (10lb. weight as shown produces 200lb of pressing force).
