Extension Kit for Deluxe Dutch Cheese Press

The extension kit is a necessary addition to the deluxe press. It adds much needed capabilities essential to hard and very hard cheese makes. Although as pricey as the press itself, it is the ultimate in dutch style pressing equipment.

I may be an doing something wrong, but for the life of me, I cannot get the pulley bar to fit into the leg extension slots. I don't need the pulley at this time so it hasn't phased me to much, but obviously something to be aware of.
