Customize your kit and enjoy delicious, home-cured meats this Easter! White Fresh Polish Sausage Seasoning (Net Wt. 1lb 4oz.) Our White Fresh Polish Sausage Seasoning is our in-house specialty seasoning for making Biala Surowa (translates to White Fresh). It is a traditional Polish Sausage commonly served during Easter. Made in small batches, seasonally, in our facility in Buffalo, NY. This will season 50 lbs. of Meat for Sausage and/or Patties. (Comes with Free Homepack of Natural Casings, makes 25-30lbs. $12.50 Value!). Ingredients: Salt, White Pepper, Garlic Granulated, Marjoram, Mace, Soybean Oil used to aid in the mixing process. *The seasoning is mixed without the use of silicone dioxide, an anticaking agent. Simply shake the container or crush with your hand to loosen if a little clumpy. The Briner The 22 quart capacity Briner has a locking plate that keeps all your food submerged securely and hygienically. For best results, hams should be stitch-pumped using a meat pump with perforated needle. Made by The Sausage Maker.
