Based on the success and efficiency of our unique deluxe cabbage shredder, we are now offering an economic model. With either unit, you can shred up to a dozen heads of cabbage in under 10 minutes. The precision curved Stainless Steel blades (3 factory-sharpened in USA Model and 4 on Imported Model) can be adjusted to suit your recipe. We use 304 Stainless Steel which is particularly easy to clean, this is immediately appreciated when the fun is over and cleaning begins. It is also corrosion-resistant and non-porous, ensuring a long life and ready for your commercial kitchen. Both units feature our "Hands-Off" design for safe operation and plastic guard to ensure the sliced shreds end up in your food container. The tossing cylinder breaks up stuck-together shreds and is easily removable by opening box and simply lifting out of place (USA Model) or unscrewing handle and removing by sliding out front (Import Model).
