D-5/D-10 Drying Tray

D-5/D-10 Drying Tray fits both D-5 and D-10 Dehydrators. Manufactured by The Sausage Maker, the tray is made of 304 series stainless steel. The steel takes in the ambient heat of the dehydrator box and radiates it through the product being dried. Making it very easy to clean and durable, with an indefinite life of product. How to Use To prevent product from sticking to the tray, wipe a thin coating of vegetable oil on the tray. The D5/D10 drying tray is ideal for making jerky, dry fruit, vegetables, or fruit leathers.
