Country Style Breakfast Kit with Hog Homepack Casings

This was my first sausage making attempt. My dad recommended The Sausage Maker all-in-one kit, and it was exactly what I needed.
It’s recommended for up to 25lbs of meat, and I used almost 40lbs and it still provided plenty of flavor. In the future I would buy additional seasoning if I’m going over the 25lbs, but I was very pleased with the flavors.
The natural casings were good, and worked easily.
The directions were clear, and easy to follow. Important to read all the directions before starting.
Ordering and shipping was easy, even though I botched the address entry, the company called and helped me correct it.
I think for the price and convenience this kit is ideal for the sausage making novice.

Very good. Easy instructions. Good product. Fast ,reliable service as in the past.
