This powerful meat grinder has a powerful 1.5 hp, 1100 watt motor that's air-cooled and permanently lubricated. The driving steel gears deliver continuous, highly-efficient output. This powerful meat grinder can handle 18+ pounds of meat per minute. Grind beef, pork, venison, bison, and other meats. Make fresh-ground hamburgers, blend pork with other meats like venison for sausage. Grind meat for meatloaf, chili, and more. For optimal grinding results, the meat should be chilled to 32-34 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. Forward/Reverse Features The forward-reverse mode grinds tougher meats and meats with connective tissue. This grinder is ideal for hunters, farmers and retail butchers.
