For optimal grinding results, the meat should be chilled to 32-34 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. Forward/Reverse Features The forward-reverse mode grinds tougher meats and meats with connective tissue. This grinder is ideal for hunters, farmers and retail butchers.
