Description
Our 30 lb. Digital Stainless Steel Smoker features a digital temperature control to accurately regulate temperature. It also has a digital thermometer to accurately cook food to safe temperatures. The smokehouse includes a low positioned heating element which creates more internal smoke house space. A ventilated smoke diffuser to distribute smoke more evenly. A drip collecting base directs grease drippings underneath the smoker to prevent flare-ups. Large heavy duty castors and a push pull handle are included for mobility. The 30lb. Digital Stainless Steel Smoker will accommodate up to 11 shelves with 1 ¾" minimum spacing.

Good quality smoker , holds temp very precisely even in cold weather. Try already polish sausage 15 lbs fits comfortably This smoker produces very good smoke so 1 1/2 hour at 150f is enough then 180f to finish 155f inside l recommend to put extra small pan with water on floor smoker when finishing sausages to prevent tough casing
The smoker is a well made quality product. I had a little issue with the grease rail dripping, but managed to solve the issue. My smoker did not come with a handle like shown in the picture, it sure would make it a little more user friendly. All in all it's a great product I would highly recommend. I smoked slim jims and they turned out great. Next item will be kielbasa. This smoker sure beats my homemade smoker.
The smoker performed absolutely wonderful. The only downside was the actual interior size, I was under the impression that it could handle 30 lbs, but in their defense, 30lbs of hanging sausage is probably different than laying on the racks. I made 10lbs of German sausages and snack sticks and it was comfortable, but a little tight. I think I could maybe do15-20 lbs but will be really tight. NO problem though I'll just make smaller batches! After all it is a home DIY smoker not a commercial one! But I love it! The ease of setting the temp and it just holds, and it is built tank strong and very well insulated. My cook was outside in 29-38 degrees held temp perfectly!
Smoker was boxed very well. I plan on using it a lot this summer. I also like the capacity for eleven shelves. This is the second smoker I have purchased from you.
