100 lb. Stainless Steel Gas Smoker

Plumbed it into propane, plugged it in and set the temperature. Couldn't be simpler and it holds rock steady temperature regardless of outside temperature fluctuations. The smoke generator functions perfectly and unlike a pellet smoker, actually puts smoke on the product! Made 40# of summer sausage as a trial run. It turned out beautiful! No more wasted product due to the bottom being over cooked and the top under cooked. Every stick was perfect. Don't waste money and endure frustration with hobby smokers. If you're serious about your sausage, spend the money on real equipment. The savings from reduction in product shrinkage will pay for the smoker in short order! This smoker is well worth the money and the wait to receive one!
