Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or credited to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a store credit will be refunded as a store credit.
We are NOT liable for any duties or tariffs on international returns.
How do I return an item?
With prior approval and a return authorization number, we accept returned merchandise. If you are unhappy with one of our products, you have 30 days to return items from the date you receive them. Any merchandise returned to us must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition. All shipping charges are to be prepaid. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Broke or Damaged Delivery
Please report any breakage or damage to the carrier. Do not return damaged items to us without first contacting the carrier. We must receive notice of damaged goods within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to keep all packaging. The carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) may not pay for damaged goods unless they can inspect the original package.
Cheese, Cures, Natural Casings, Seasonings & Spices We will not accept returns for Cheese, Starter Cultures (Bactoferm™ Products), Natural Casings, Edible Collagen Casings, Meat Curing Salts, Seasonings, Spices and any other edible ingredients that are added to food products. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Collagen, Fibrous, Plastic and Cellulose Casings
With valid proof of purchase and unopened, these casings can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Clearance, Discontinued and Final Sale
Items marked as clearance, discontinued or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged for online or store credit.
