How do I return an item?

With prior approval and a return authorization number, we accept returned merchandise. If you are unhappy with one of our products, you have 30 days to return items from the date you receive them. Any merchandise returned to us must be unused, undamaged & in resalable condition. All shipping charges are to be prepaid. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. We will not accept returns for Spices, Cheese, Seasonings, Cures or Collagen or Natural Casings. We are NOT liable for any duties or tariffs on international returns.

Please report any breakage or damage to the carrier. Do not return damaged items to us without first contacting the carrier. We must receive notice of damaged goods within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to keep all packaging. The carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) may not pay for damaged goods unless they can inspect the original package.
