Trail Bologna Seasoning, 2 lbs. 8 oz. seasoning is generally made as a chunky bologna, made with coarse cuts of meat. Seasoning contains: white pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, celery seed and paprika.
Trail Bologna originates from the Troyer family in the small town of Trail, Ohio. However, this seasoning is not based on their all-beef bologna recipe. Our seasoning is modeled after the Troyer’s but primarily for wild game. But can used to on either all-beef or wild game.

Recommended Casings for the Trail Bologna
Usually stuffed in a synthetic fibrous casing, natural beef rounds or natural beef middles.
