Lots of room for 22 lbs of meat and spices. I use this to mix in and have eliminated the splash effect. Tough, lite, fits in fridge and can be stacked.

Worked well for my needs however it seems to warp at a very low temperature. Placing sausages from the smoker after they have been cooled to 120F caused the long side to warp a bit. The lid still fits the same so no biggie. I have some higher end lugs that I can use for that purpose.

Have use them for years and have been very please with them. I process my own venison and feral hogs and would be much more work without them. Be sure to get the lug cover as then you can stack them.
