      This was our first time doing a turkey in the smoker. We went by the instructions in your Winter Catalog. Two days of brine in the fridge and close to fifteen hours of slow smoking. It came out perfect and juicy and tasting great. My wife and I were really happy on how everything turned out. Keep the suggestions coming.

      I just tried this seasoning out over the weekend. It has a very mild sage aroma and taste. everybody that tried the chicken that I used it on liked it. It does seem to be a bit salty for my personal liking,that is why I only gave it 4 stars.

      I’ve used the Turkey & Poultry Brine Seasoning several times before and it’s always consistent! I’ve brined Turkeys, Chickens, Cornish Game Hens, and Pheasants! They all came out really juicy and flavorful! Haven’t tried it on Duck yet, but I’m sure it will work just as well!

      The Insta Cure #1 worked very well. That was used with the Turkey brine and the process was very simple and the results were outstanding. If that could be sold as a package the Insta Cure #1 and the Turkey brine to include hickory smoke would be a valuable package that would earn my return and continued reorder.

      This brine has InstaCure #1 mixed into it already. I suggest making your own for simple roasting or BBQ.

      You can use the EcoCure #1 with any curing application including brining.
