My number one jerky seasoning. Great depth, just the right amount of zing. Just made 25 lbs for everyone for the holidays, they like it that much.

Bought this based on other reviews but was disappointed in the result. It does have some heat but lacks depth of flavor overall.

TSM’s “cajun pepper” seasoning has relatively equal heat and more spice. I recommend trying that if you’re looking for something with kick and complexity.

I have used the Tex Mex Jerky seasoning for several years and it is the best seasoning mix I have ever tasted. If your looking for a spicy taste in your jerky this is it. I recommend this seasoning to anyone who is looking for a tasty and spirited flavoring for your jerky.

This is one of my most popular offerings. Only request would be to offer this one in the 5lb bucket.
