    Excellent product, easy to do. I used 4lbs Canada goose breast with 1lb fatty pork, mixed in some high temp cheddar in one, and pepper jack and fresh habanero from the garden in the other. I let mixture set overnight in fridge. Stuffed casings the next day and placed in oven on my lowest setting 170, for 14 hrs. Brought these to duck camp and they were a huge hit!!! Serve cold, sliced with crackers and Sam Adams Octoberfest, or your favorite beer. Will be doing a lot of goose summer sausage this season!! AWESOME!!!

    I have used this seasoning 3 times with venison/pork and the recipe that comes with the kit, everyone has loved it. I am not a big summer sausage guy but this is very good and I have enjoyed eating it with some cheese and crackers. Again easy ordering and quick shipping.

    All the items I ordered arrived very quickly, the only complaint that i have, I ordered a summer sausage kit, and the kit came with salami casings instead of summer sausage casings. I guess I’ll figure out how to make salami in the near future. We still made our summer sausage and it turned out great as always!

    Great kit but lacked hog nose ring pliers.Talked with staff and going to be cleared up as soon as possible.Lake of pliers made it hard to seal shut sausage cassing .Got it done though with normal pliers.

    Make sure you make all 25 pounds as it will disappear fast.
    Very good product from Sausage Maker and will be a repeat in my hunting season. I smoked it with apple wood at low temp (100 then 130 F) for several hours ,then finished it up in the kitchen oven. Easy to make just follow the directions.
