Our Southern Style Pork Sausage seasoning is a great tasting blend with a little bit of heat. Seasoning contains paprika, salt, black and red pepper and spices. When smoked, the easoning makes excellent snack sticks. Delicious for fresh breakfast sausages. Good choice for regular smoking, grilling, pan-frying, or even boiling.

    This is the all time best and everyone I give it to loves it. I make breakfast patties, breakfast links with sheep casing and regular size links. Of all the types sausage I make this is the all time favorite, from breakfast thru dinner.

    This is a simple seasoning, not too many ingredients. The taste of the sausage is very similar to the bratwurst seasoned meat. It is therefore rather indistinguishable from the bratwurst.
