Description

The accurate way to control the heat in a smokehouse. This Smokehouse Control & Sensor has an incredible accuracy of a 5°F variation. Use with 120V or 240V current with a maximum of 20 AMPS.

    The probe needs to be cleaned frequently to maintain temperature.

    I want to get the 240 volt electric burner for 50 pound smokehouse and this smokehouse controller for my smokehouse I am building. Do you have a wiring diagram for something like this. Or could you tell me how to wire it before I purchase it.

  6. What is then min. And max temp. On the controller? And do you know the temp range ( the degrees) from when it shuts off to when it turns back on? The one I have now is about 40* and that’s not good. Hard to keep a steady heat. Thanks Danny

    The minimum temp is 110F and maximum is 250F.
