Make delicious breakfast sausage in the oven or microwave with our Skinless Breakfast Sausage Kit. No need for sausage stuffers or casings. Great for making fast and savory sausages.
The kit includes The Sausage Maker’s Breakfast Sausage Seasoning. Mix it with ground meat, and place in the cooking trays. Fill the molds and microwave or bake the skinless links and you’re done. If desired, finish them in a frying pan for an even more delicious flavor profile.
Skinless Breakfast Sausage Kit Includes:
- Two silicone baking trays safe to 450°F. Each tray makes 6 sausages
- Trays are micowave and dishwasher safe
- Do not place on grill.

Maple Black Pepper Breakfast Links Recipe
- 1 lb ground meat (chicken, pork of turkey)
- 1 Tbsp The Sausage Maker’s Breakfast Sausage Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Mix ingredients well and distribute evenly across the 2 included silicone cooking trays. Replace lids. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or until sausages reach internal temperature of 160°F or bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature of 160°F is reached. Finish links in an oiled skillet, if desired.
*Allergens: Soybean oil used as a mixing aid.

A great way to make your own skinless sausage. Mix the ingredients and go. I baked mine in the oven to 160 degrees. Then you can pop them in the freezer for later use. Be sure to add some of the other available sausage spices to your order. You can always have fresh sausage whenever you want it.

Very easy to follow directions and the recipe was really great. The whole family enjoyed the breakfast sausage. It makes 12 links at a time, but you can reuse the molds as many times as you want. Now I want to try out some of the other seasonings they sell.

Two silicone trays are included. To be more helpful, a silicon spatula might be included. Once one grinds the sausage material and mixes in the spices, there is no way to transfer the sausage material. When I launched on my virgin voyage, it seemed like I had more stuck to my gloves than in the trays. Good value as is.

No need to break out the grinder, stuffer and sausage casings with this kit when trying new recipes, and itâs a great way to introduce others to sausage making. I recommend using the oven to precook the sausages. I tried both methods (microwave and oven) on my first batch and using the microwave resulted in a deformed (almost exploded) and rubbery product. The oven method had much better results.

Used this kit today for the first time. I love breakfast sausage, and this mix is what I like flavor wise. Sage is my favorite spice for sausage and this kit finally gets the right amount for my taste. I have ground and stuffed my own using the recipe in your sausage making book for years, but I think this tastes even better. Iâm typically a grind and stuff guy, but with a new baby coming and my time and kitchen tied up with other commitments, this kit is great. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Take 1 lb ground meat (I have been using chicken), mix, and then add half of the mixture to each mold. Bake, brown in a pan, and serve. Clean up was quick too! I see this getting weekly use in my kitchen!
