While this seasoning is fiery, it doesn’t kill the naturally delicious taste of the pork. For Red Hot Snack Sticks, use 22-24mm sheep casings and for sausage use 32-35 or 35-38mm hog casings. If smoking this recipe use instructions from Polish Sausage, excluding Soy Protein requirement. Makes real good burger patties, too.
