Pre-tied Clear Fibrous Salami Casings 76mm is a fibrous casing generally used for making a salami or summer sausage. Casings are pre-tied on one end. The fiber in these casings runs lengthwise which makes them strong so they can be stuffed tighter without breaking. They smoke just as brown as a natural casing.
Fibrous casings must be pre-soaked in warm water for 30 minutes prior to use.

- 24 inch long and approx. 3″ when stuffed*
- Stuffing capacity is approx. 5 lbs.*
- No refrigeration needed
- Use 1/2 or 3/8 hog rings and pliers to clip end of casing closed or butcher’s twine to tie end close
