  • Can be made fresh or smoked
  • Recipe on package, makes 10 lbs.
  • Stuff into a 35-38 mm hog or collagen casing
  • Soybean oil used as a mixing aid in seasoning
  • When smoking, use Insta-Cure No. 1 and Soy Protein Concentrate
