- 10 lb. boneless pork butt
- 1 pint of ice water
- 4 oz of seasoning
- Grind meat through 3/16” plate (3 mm)
- Mix meats and all ingredients together
- Stuff into 32-35mm hog or 22-24mm sheep
- Keep in a refrigerator or freeze for later use
