Natural Casing Variety Pack comes with two individual HomePack Casings: Hog and Sheep.
- Hog Casings make between 20 to 30 lbs. of sausage (depending on links/rope size)
- Sheep Casings make approximately 15lbs. of sausage depending on stuffing style (link lengths or rope stuffing)
- Keep refrigerated
- Casings come packed in a purified salt for preservation.

I ordered these casing and have never used sheep casings previously. I did not use the sheep casings that came in this order. The hog casings were fine but the sheep casings smelled rotten and unclean. This may be normal for sheep casings but I didn’t want that smell in my completed sausage so I threw then out for fear of food poisoning.
