Mundial 6″ Curved Semi-Stiff Boning Knife is used to remove bones from cuts of meat. The thin, flexible blade allows for entry into small spaces. Stiff blades are preferred for beef and pork, while the flexible blade is ideal for chicken and fish.
Wash your knife with dish soap and hot water after each use. Rinse with clear water. Air-dry or pat dry with clean paper towels. Don’t pile them into the sink or dishpan. Therefore wash them one by one and rack them with handles up.
