Wash your knife with dish soap and hot water after each use. Rinse with clear water. Air-dry or pat dry with clean paper towels. Don’t pile them into the sink or dishpan. Therefore wash them one by one and rack them with handles up.

The Mundial 14″ Cimeter is a fine knife.
Especially when one considers its price.
It is perfect for me, as my dealing with large pieces of animal is limited to 3 or 4 times a year.
The real bonus however is finding The Sausage Maker website.
After 2 failed attempts to buy this knife from other internet sellers it was a pleasure to know that The Sausage Maker actually had the item in stock.
Both of the other sellers took my money promptly and then a few days later sent “out of stock” notices.
