Mundial 12″ Cimeter Knife or scimitar knife is a large type of butcher’s blade with a long and curved design used for cutting large pieces of meat into smaller pieces, such as steak. It can also be used to trim fat from larger cuts of meat as well.

Wash your knife with dish soap and hot water after each use. Rinse with clear water. Air-dry or pat dry with clean paper towels. Don’t pile them into the sink or dishpan. Therefore wash them one by one and rack them with handles up.

My order was delayed and it took me a couple hours of phone calls to get in touch with someone and have them ship the available items, only to find out that they still did not ship all the items I ordered even though the gambrel was an item they said they had. Horrible customer service!
