Our Morning Edge Pork Sausage Seasoning 1lb 10 oz is a zesty sausage blend that is best served in breakfast links. Ideal for a dry rub for chicken. its made from salt, dextrose, spices, monosodium glutamate, ascorbic acid, spice extractives.
The seasoning is mixed without the chemical use of silicone dioxide, an anticaking agent. If the seasoning cakes up, it is not spoiled. Simply shake the container or crush with your hand to loosen.
- Use 24-26mm sheep casings for hot dog sized links
- Use 22-24mm sheep casings for thin breakfast links

Because the Breakfast Sausage Seasoning comes pre-blended, it saves you time and effort of mixing the ingredients themselves. No additional salt needed. Store in cool dry space.

10 lbs. Recipe
- 10 Lb. Boneless Pork Butt
- 1 Pint of Ice Water
- 5 oz. Morning Edge Seasoning
Grind all the meat through a 3/16″ grinder plate and place in mixer.
Add all the ingredients and mix well until all the spices are evenly distributed.
Pork sausage may be stuffed into 32-35mm hog casings or 22-24mm sheep casing.
*Casing capacity depends on meat/fill density, size/lengths of links or loops and how tightly casings being filled.
