    The only thing I over looked is I went all natural seasoning and it called for celery juice powder that I didn’t know when ordering. So wieners were made with out celery powder but they still came out great.

    My order arrived sooner than expected , thanks. The quality of the products are always to notch. The mild hot Italian sausage spice mix has a phenomenal flavor , adjusting the spice mix down , makes a great mild sausage, which the kids like. I kick it up a little, for a spicier sausage but not too hot . The sausage casings are clean and very easy to work with, on the grill , the casings hold up and produce a great sausage. I have used the Sausage Maker products for over 30 yrs, you can’t find any better and the customer service is over the top.

    Purchased this about a month ago. I used it today to make the sausage. Tasting the seasoning right out of the container was as I expected; however, after mixing with the pork it was very mild, with nearly no heat.
    Also, I had to add some extra fennel as I could not task, and could only taste the salt.
    So I ground some fennel and mixed it in. The results was much better.

    I miss the original Italian seasoning mix that I had previously purchased for years. It was diverse enough to add ”heat” as desired for different likings in my family. This new mild-hot seasoning is more on the mild side and still allows for customization, it’s just taking the time to relearn the spice ratio.
