Our Mild-Hot Breakfast Sausage Seasoning is a mixture of salt, ginger, nutmeg, ground hot red pepper and other spices. Similar to the regular Breakfast Sausage except it contains a little more heat, for those who like to start the day with a little kick. No additional salt is needed

Have not made it yet. I was intending to make patties, rather than link sausage. Your web site did not indicate link sausage, but that is ok. What I need is casings and cooking instructions. Otherwise, can’t I use these seasonings for patties as well?

I’ve used this seasoning several times. Always turns out great. Anyone that samples lives it. Although it’s called mild hot I’ve never had anyone say it’s too spicy.

I have used this product for several years and find it to be a perfect seasoning for those that do not necessarily like a very spicy sausage for breakfast. The flavor is excellent but somewhat muted which keeps it from overpowering the other items on the menu. It makes a great patty, link, or ground in gravy. I would recommend this product wholehey.
