Made a batch of this sausage and tried it out on the coworkers of Hispanic decent. Review was it’s like the sausage they used to get when visiting family in Mexico. It towers above all of that shop bought chorizo, especially when the fat content is further reduced. I would say it’s more like the Spanish version chorizo. A NICE SPICE!

Use these seasonings to make the best vegetarian/vegan sausages I ever had. Wife is a vegetarian who loves this stuff. Much better than any thing purchased in the store. Will be ordering more soon.
