Can be made into patties or stuffed into sheep or collagen casings (sold separately).

    We purched Low Salt Breakfast Sausage Seasoning as our meat processor forgot to season or sausage when processing our pig.     Great product. Arrived way sooner than I expected. Then I found out the company is only 20 miles away.
    Use these seasonings to make the best vegetarian/vegan sausages I ever had. Wife is a vegetarian who loves this stuff. Much better than any thing purchased in the store. Will be ordering more soon.

    High blood pressure is an issue for me. Doctors say I need to cut salt intake big time. (I’m on blood pressure meds, but they say salt is counter productive).

    I thought I’d give it a try. I was expecting bland, tasteless sausage. I mean it has 50% less salt! How could it taste good! Low sodium stuff is always a disappointment.

    This is darn good sausage! You wouldn’t know it was “Low Salt” unless you read the label. Good stuff!

    I have had a deer made into venison sausage for years. Last year I stopped using a processor and found out where he got his seasoning. So i ordered the low salt and it was perfect. Same seasoning for sure with just less salt.
