Description
Easily slice your favorite cut of meat for making jerky from strips of whole meat. The stainless steel cutting board is preset to cut approximately 1/4″ thick slices for optimum drying. Comes with 2 food grade plastic inserts to adjust the thickness of the jerky slices. Both the cutting board and knife are dishwasher safe for easy clean up.

Love the cutting board. The knife that is included is dull and won’t take an edge. I put it aside and use a good knife as you need one that is very sharpe.
