Easily slice your favorite cut of meat for making jerky from strips of whole meat. The stainless steel cutting board is preset to cut approximately 1/4″ thick slices for optimum drying. Comes with 2 food grade plastic inserts to adjust the thickness of the jerky slices. Both the cutting board and knife are dishwasher safe for easy clean up. This model is made by The Sausage Maker, Inc in Buffalo, NY USA.

I actually bought this product to slice chicken breast in half, it works great!! Instead of pounding the meat flat to an even thickness, I can just cut it in 2.
