    As instructed, it’s light on flavor but very nice. Used it as a base, did some sausage with just this, then added other spices etc to others. A+! I’ll buy it again!

    This is great all on it’s own. I stuff this into casings and also press out in patties. This also makes a great sausage to add to Lasagna, Spaghetti, or stuffing into mushroom caps. I use this as mixed and do not add any other spice or seasonings to it. I would highly recommend this.

    The sweet Italian we blend here and the sweet select we purchase from a supplier.  They are pretty similar, just two varieties of sweet Italian.
