Our Italian Sweet Select Sausage Seasoning 1lb makes amazing sausage links or patties! Great at breakfast, or on a bun with onion and peppers for lunch.

its made with salt, fennel seed, black pepper, sugar and other Spices.

The seasoning is mixed without the chemical use of silicone dioxide, an anticaking agent. If the seasoning cakes up, it is not spoiled. Simply shake the container or crush with your hand to loosen.

Because the sausage seasoning comes pre-blended, it saves you time and effort of mixing the ingredients themselves. No additional salt needed. Store in cool dry space.

10 lbs. Recipe

  • 10 lbs. boneless pork butts or 7 lbs. venison and 3 lbs. fatty pork butts
  • 1 pint of ice water
  • 3 oz. Italian Sweet Select Seasoning

Grind meat through a 3/8″ grinder plate and mix all the ingredients until evenly distributed. Stuff into 32 – 35 mm hog casings or 32 mm fresh collagen.

      This is great all on it’s own. I stuff this into casings and also press out in patties. This also makes a great sausage to add to Lasagna, Spaghetti, or stuffing into mushroom caps. I use this as mixed and do not add any other spice or seasonings to it. I would highly recommend this.

      The sweet Italian we blend here and the sweet select we purchase from a supplier.  They are pretty similar, just two varieties of sweet Italian.
