I really like the features of this thermometer. I tested it as soon as it arrived and it was accurate. There is a calibration feature should it ever be needed. Large digital display, and a *hold” button so you can greet a reading and pull away from the heat. I also visited the manufacturer web site and watched video on its use as well as a few You Tube’s. I recommend it.
