Description

Our traditional blend of Hungarian Sausage spices of Pepper, Garlic and the famous Hungarian Paprika make this internationally renown sausage a masterpiece not needing any introduction. Mixed in with quality ground pork, stuffed into 35mm hog casings and smoked to a deep red perfection. Our mix is made in small amounts in-house, without chemicals or anti-caking agents, so you know you are receiving not only the freshest and purest formula but since it is from The Sausage Maker, you know its also as authentic as it gets.

    I had an old Hungarian gentleman ask me if I could make him some smoked hungarian sausage. So I tried this mix with just a little extra kcik added (Cayenne).

    He told me it was just like back home. The best he had had in some time.

    Used this for the first time. I generally use my long time family recipe that goes back generations. It worked well and has a mild combination of spices. It has a nice red color and when smoked tastes great. In my personal opinion it could have more of a garlic flavor. I crushed garlic into the required water for a few days before adding to the meat. That did the trick.
