The Sausage Maker recommends you use 1 lb of cheese per 10-12 lb of meat. This High Temp Cheese variety pack comes with our top 3 cheeses: Cheddar, Pepper Jack, and Smoked Gouda. The cheese is diced into 1/4″ cubes, perfect for stuffing your sausages, salamis, burgers, and more.
