Can’t beat the price. Anyone who shops for spices knows they are expensive, even at a bulk foods warehouse store. This place has them all beat.

Handy. Simply Handy! I have a rub recipe that calls for “ground bay leaves”. It is a real chore to try and grind regular bay leaves. Now that I’ve found that “The Sausage Maker” carries ground bay leaves, I’ll buy all my supplies from you.

Very difficult to find ground bay leaves then remembered The Sausage Maker from years ago that I have purchased numerous items from. Sure enough they had everything I needed to start smoking meats again. I told many of my friends about the place to get their curing and smoking supplies.

I have seen ground bay leaf but never could find this. I was taking bay leaves and grinding them myself. This will be a great help. I want to try them in gumbo and jambalaya

I use it and it is fresh as it is suppose to be. Though the amount is so much that it will last for me for long time! I recommend it.
