Our German Sausage Seasoning is a great addition to any Octoberfest celebration or any other time of the year. You don’t have to be German to enjoy this delicious seasoning but, it won’t hurt. This popular blend can be made fresh or smoked. Once your seasoning and cure (if needed) is blended into the meat, stuff the mixture into a 32-35 or 35-38 MM hog casings or collagen casing.
