Great tasting. After the taste test of the batch, some wanted more garlic so I split the batch and added some garlic powder. Now everyone is satisfied.

As a long time customer and sausage maker, this is hands down my favorite seasoning. It is also the favorite of many of my customers! This seasoning, alone by the recipe, is one of the tastiest sausages you will ever eat. Over the years I have added to it, modified it, but always used it as a base seasoning. Simply amazing taste!

This seasoning is everyone’s favorite. Excellent flavor.

As the title says , needs black pepper . Overall pretty good more of a Brat style flavor . I made 35#s of this sausage with venison and 35% pork . I ended up adding approx. 5 tbl. spoons of black pepper to half of it . Waaay better than original .

This is an excellent mix if you have family members or friends that don’t like fennel (it tastes Italian to me, without fennel). I have made 5# batches with 4# beef, 1/2# pork, 1/2# bulk bacon. Grind mostly frozen thru a 7mm plate.

I have been ordering supplies from Sausagemaker for all most 20 years and have always been pleased with their products…My order always arrives on time…They also have really stepped up their game with new items and the quality is top notch.

This may be the best one of them all. Was a little nervous with this at first but very good if you’re making a lamb or wild sheep sausage.

While we do use it to pre-season a portion of each year’s ground venison, we have found that it is one of our go-to mixtures for cooking. We love it!

I tried this blend in a sample pack. 10 pounds isn’t nearly enough, so do as I had to do, and just buy the big jar. It’s excellent, and you will not be sorry.

The Sausage Maker has truly the best seasoning blends out there. I used to pride myself on making my own blends, but in a rush once I used their Deer sausage seasoning. My family loved it! So, I tried a few more, and they are always a huge hit. The seasoning never dominate, but are balanced and compliment the meat.
    They are truly the best!

    A

The only seasonings that have NITRITES included in them are our bacon, ham and corned beef cures. All of the sausage seasonings have just purified salt. If you wish to cold smoke, you will need to add 0.25% InstaCure #1, or #2, depending on the length of your drying time expected.
