A variation on the mostly beef recipe of Boervors, this one is best with pork. Great tasting sausage seasoning with brown sugar, instant classic. For excellent sausage sticks or breakfast sausage using this seasoning make sure to pick up some 22-24mm Sheep Casings or for a little extra snap to your bite, use 19mm Smoked Collagen Casings.

We did a back-to-back tasting session with four flavors of sausage. I expected a more mellow flavor from the name, but this is quite kicky! There are red pepper flakes in this seasoning, and it was a favorite among our testers. I think this would make a fantastic pizza.
