  • 3 DrySteak Wraps – approx. 23.5″ x 23.5″ sheets

I’ve been wanting to get into dry aging for a few years now but din not have the space for a dedicated fridge.
These wraps were great and easy to use.
Will save me a bunch on money on premium dry aged steak from my butcher.

  5. Robert C (verified owner)

    A friend recommended these wraps.
I have a strip loin under wraps at this time.
Sure was easy to use as directed.
looking fwd. to the final test.

  6. Jason Crabtree (verified owner)

The dry age wraps were very easy to use and can’t wait to try the steaks.

  7. James Pederson (verified owner)

These are super easy to use. I had already purchased the dry aging bags thru another company. They were quite hard to use. They kept losing their vacuum. It took two bags and 35 minutes to do one prime rib roast. I was able to wrap my new project in about 5 minutes. I will say, that the netting is not big enough to get around the bone in prime rib I got. So it shredded the first wrap. Then I secured with butchers twine, split the netting length wise and tied it around the roast. Good luck everyone. This is a great product, and am excited to see the difference between the two products.

Easy to use comes in great packaging the only thing I didnt like is it needs labels. The one’s I have seen on you tube came with labels you can tie to the meat I rather have great labels than the great instruction material. The ease of this product is the beast I love not needing any extra equipment that was the selling point for me. Just down grade the instruction material and give some good labels.

This is the second order and will be making a third shortly. Easy to use and does work great I dry aged 3 meats from my first order at various ages and all 3 dry age turned out great. The only thing I wish it would come with a label I believe I put that on the first survey I did aswell.

  10. Allyson Schug (verified owner)

I’m still waiting on the finished product. But the wrap was easy to use and apply. Looking forward to 2021

Tried to double the order but shipping was double and this made no sense so I only ordered one. Would have been like $14.00 shipping for like $4.00 actual postage. Should just raise the price of the product and not do the postage scam job.

30% More expensive than Umai bags your direct competitor. And Umai did a better job for my type of meats. Although your wrap was easier to apply and would lean more towards buying your wraps if they were the same or lower priced than Umai.

Try it you will like it.

Looking forward to using these again.

We have not tried these wraps yet but when we do we will comment back!

  17. Tony (verified owner)

Used them to wrap two 1 kilogram chunks of pork loin for dry curing in the refrigerator. Wraps worked well and were not as fragile as made out to be. Project should be ready in about 15 more days.

My first time using this product. Made Guanciale, turned out great.

The product I received was very good and it was what I ordered. A little slow since I ordered priority mail. But your notifications are not working properly. I didn’t get a notification that my package was shipped until a day after it arrived. And I’ve received 4 more email notifications that my package is on its way. So you may want to check that out. Happy customer though and would order from again!

Dry aged prime NY strip loin for 28 days. Great shape retention, and not as thick trim layer as some of the other methods. So far less waste. But all trimmings fo toward dog food supplement.

    Great for charcuterie. Thanks!

I was sceptical at first, being in Canada it’s not a short trip and duties increased cost. WISH I WENT SOONER!
most impressed with first use. Wanted to add pictures, but no option.
Thank you Eric (two guys) for the introduction

I would need to know what the climate conditions of your refrigeration is before I can make any sort of diagnosis. Your comment/question is too vague.

A I took it out after 3 weeks, trimmed about .25" off, and it was fine. Had it in a closed drawer in the fridge, probably won't do that next time.
  10. Are the wraps edible or do I peel them off? I'm asking because they are hard to peel off. Thanks!

    A

The wraps are inedible. You will need to cut away all of the wraps and dark oxidized fat and meat, as it will have a very "funky" flavor.

    Hi Coby,
