Dried Sausage Sticks Seasoning 2lbs is ideal for snack sticks and works well with other sausages. Contains salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic, celery, onion powder, caraway, coriander, dextrose, corn syrup, milk and other spices.

    Works great with a jerky blaster and a long 1/2″ stuff tube . You should put together a kit . I get 1 1/2 pounds in one stick and it’s easy to smoke that way .
