Description

Give the gift of sausage for the holiday season with our classic Christmas Casing Variety Pack, 9pcs. They’re fibrous casings with fibers that run lengthwise which makes them strong so they can be stuffed tighter without breaking. These casings can be smoked. No refrigeration required. Soak 20-30 minutes in tap water before using. 9 pieces total, see below for contents:

  • Diameter/Capacity (each casing): Approximately 88MM (3 1/2″) when stuffed
  • Stuffing capacity approximately 5 lbs. each casing
  • Not edible
