Must seal securely by seal pressing between forefinger and thumb several times along the entire length of the seal .Place on tray or shallow pan. Gusseted bottom allows the bag to stay in an upright position in the refrigerator. Allows turkey to be completely submerged in the solution to get the full benefit of brining.
