Our Bologna Seasoning 2lbs is great for a finely ground or emulsified bologna. For the hands-down King of Lunch Meats, Bologna. Typically the store-bought Bologna is composed of low-quality meats emulsified together and they don’t allow for “visible” pieces of fat. We think you should decide what goes into the Bologna and how much pork fat to use.

Ready to Use
Because the Bologna Seasoning 2lbs comes pre-blended, it saves you time and effort of mixing the ingredients themselves. Store in cool dry space.

  • Yield: approx. 50 lbs.*
  • Uses Insta-Cure No. 1, and generally stuffed into a synthetic fibrous casing or Beef Middle
  • Insta-Cure No. 1, Soy Protein Concentrate and casings sold separately
  • Net weight:  2lbs.

Allergens: Soybean oil used as a mixing aid

*Casing capacity depends on meat/fill density, size/lengths of links or loops and how tightly casings being filled.

    My first time buying the seasoning for my sausages. I usually make up my own concoction of seasonings based on how I feel. Flavor is great! However, I did add Calabrian Hot Peppers for my personal touch.

    Non product comment: It would be nice if I was provided with a tracking number to track my package. I am waiting now for bacon supplies…I have to purchase pork belly… don’t know when I have no idea when these supplies will be here.

    Mix it with deer and ground beef. Made 10 lbs and shared it with three other people outside the family and they all like it. We all like it, it taste good. I’m going to try some other stuff I just ordered from you all. Thanks
